With over 10 years in the building industry, company owner and director, Tom Chisholm has had the opportunity to build a large network of people in the industry.

Tom has worked with many trades in his time and can assure you, that his team is of the highest calibre.

Each possessing a fine art for detail, these guys love to show off their craftsmanship and take a lot of pride in the appearance, presentation and work.

Managing Director

With over 11 years in the building and construction industry, along with a degree in business, Tom’s list of achievements is a testament to his enthusiasm and drive.

Having establishing the business from scratch, he has experienced nearly everything in the building game, yet still shares that same passion he had day one of his apprenticeship. He attributed ‘happy clients’ to the success of his business. Tom makes it his business to follow up with courtesy phone calls well after the project is finished.

Tom’s primary role involves overseeing all aspects of the business with primary focus on building and maintaining a strong team and ensuring we meet our clients’ needs.

Liam Heard

Construction Manager

With a wealth of experience including over 10 years in the construction industry, Liam manages a team of Carpenters and co-ordinates the project from start to finish.

Working closely with company director Tom Chisholm, Liam brings a level of experience necessary to oversee the project right through to handover.

He prides himself on being reliable, hardworking and having an eye for detail.

Brad Clark

Site Manager

Brad joined our team in 2016 as a Carpenter, having previous experience working on delivering high-end residential projects in the Bayside Region.

Brad oversees our Extension and Renovation Projects, working closely with Tom and the design team on a daily basis to ensure the smooth transition of joining the old existing home to blend with the new.

Briony

Sales and Customer Support

Briony has a background in interior design, and assists our clients in product selection.

Briony is also our friendly office manager, handling all our sales and enquiries and running the behind the scenes administration, ensuring your project remains on schedule.
